Dental fees in the Netherlands are set by law. Here's what insurance usually covers and when you get a written quote.
- For children under 18, basic health insurance covers most dental care.
- From 18, you pay yourself unless you have supplementary dental insurance. Check your policy for what it covers.
- We charge the rates set by the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa). For treatment over € 250 you get a written quote first.
- Where possible, we bill your insurer directly.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
Are you taking new patients?
Yes. Call or use the form and we'll book an introduction visit.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Valid ID, your health insurance card and, if you have one, a list of any medicines you take.
I'm scared of the dentist. Can I still come?
Of course. Mention it when you book and we'll plan extra time and start with just a talk.
What if I can't make my appointment?
Let us know at least 24 hours ahead so someone else can use the slot.
From what age can my child come?
From the first tooth, or by around their second birthday. You're welcome to bring them along to your own check-up first.
